How to Return or Exchange
Whether you’re swapping sizes, returning for a refund, or reporting a fault — it all starts the same way.
Email customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrived faulty or damaged, include a clear photo.
We’ll reply within 1 business day with your return number and all the details you need to send your item back.
Pack your item securely and post it to the address we provide, including your return number. (See below for who covers shipping costs.)
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 1–2 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

Received a Modbands band as a gift? We’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit. Just email us with the order number (ask the gift-giver if you don’t have it) and we’ll sort it out.

International Orders
Our 60-day return policy applies to all international orders. A few things to note:
- → Return shipping from outside Australia is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns.
- → We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
- → Refunds are issued in the original currency at the original exchange rate.

Please read the following carefully — these situations fall outside our standard return policy.
If your order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover Australia Post’s return-to-sender and original postage charges. If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to provide a refund — please double-check your address at checkout.
If your order isn’t collected from the post office within the timeframe shown on the collection notice and is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover the return-to-sender and original postage charges.
If you need to redirect your delivery after dispatch, we can request a mail redirection with Australia Post for a $10 fee.

Love the Fob watch band! It fits my Garmin Forerunner 245 perfectly. It’s interchangeable with any watch that uses a 20mm band by the looks of it. The clasp also seems very secure.
This was handy - used it on a pin strap watch (the Nuttag GPS Video Watch) and added the whole thing to a retractable carabiner so client had the option of pinning via the fob or pocketing and retracting it with the carabiner.
I use the band everyday when I am at work, it means that I don't have to change Watches

I find the overall length if the fob is too long. I have to position it very high for the watch to be positioned correctly, and being so long it moves around. The quality and delivery are fine

I bought this without hesitation as I've been searching for a fob band to fit a galaxy active watch for a while now. The bands secures well, don't regret this purchase.
Great product however the pin need to be looked at, the watch is heavy and I have found it keeps coming off.
As a nurse infection control is so important. The mod band is amazing, as I can pin it to my shirt or pants and still count my steps. Highly recommend.

This fob strap fits perfectly on my garmin vivoactive 3 music. Just wish there was more colour option or an additional lower strap connection to put your name tag. Will be buying one in every colour !!
I have absolutely loved my band so far! It's the only one like this currently on the market and it's allowed me to use my active watch as my work watch too which I love. The only gripe I have is that I dont love the pin that attaches it to my uniform, it's sturdy and all but I just prefer a different style of pin back to the locking mechanism on this. Overall a great quality item that I couldn't find elsewhere at a reasonable price with very fast shipping.

Will this fit a Garmin Vivo 4S watch?
Unfortunately this will not work with a Garmin Vivo 4S. This fob has a 20mm quick release pin, while the Vivo uses either an 18mm or a 22mm pin.
Does having the watch on a fob still count your steps?
Having your watch on the fob will still count steps, however if it isn't on a wrist it won't track other health features such as heart rate, blood oxygen, etc.

Does this product come with the watch included or is it a fob attachment for a pre-existing samsung watch that is required to be purchased separately?
The fob does not come with the Samsung Galaxy Smartwatch, it is designed for people that already own one.
Would this work for a Garmin watch? They are very similar but I not convinced about buying it unless I know it would fit my watch.
We haven't tested it on any Garmin watches, however if they have a 20mm quick release band attachment, then they should fit. A previous reviewer mentioned that it did fit their Garmin Vivoactive 3 perfectly.
Hi, I am wondering if this band will fit a Samsung Galaxy gear s3?
Our understanding is that the Gear S3 has a 22mm band attachment, so no this pin fob would not be compatable.
