How to Return or Exchange
Whether you’re swapping sizes, returning for a refund, or reporting a fault — it all starts the same way.
Email customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrived faulty or damaged, include a clear photo.
We’ll reply within 1 business day with your return number and all the details you need to send your item back.
Pack your item securely and post it to the address we provide, including your return number. (See below for who covers shipping costs.)
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 1–2 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

Gift Returns
Received a Modbands band as a gift? We’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit. Just email us with the order number (ask the gift-giver if you don’t have it) and we’ll sort it out.

International Orders
Our 60-day return policy applies to all international orders. A few things to note:
- → Return shipping from outside Australia is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns.
- → We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
- → Refunds are issued in the original currency at the original exchange rate.

Delivery Issues
Please read the following carefully — these situations fall outside our standard return policy.
If your order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover Australia Post’s return-to-sender and original postage charges. If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to provide a refund — please double-check your address at checkout.
If your order isn’t collected from the post office within the timeframe shown on the collection notice and is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover the return-to-sender and original postage charges.
If you need to redirect your delivery after dispatch, we can request a mail redirection with Australia Post for a $10 fee.

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Damage not related to a manufacturing defect:
- Wear & tear Normal deterioration over time
- Accidental damage Scratches, drops, impacts
- Improper use Damage from incorrect care or use
- Lost or stolen Missing items

Send a short description of the issue to customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number. No order number? No worries — just let us know.
Include a clear photo or short video showing the defect. This helps us assess your claim quickly.
We’ll get back to you within 1 business day. If we need the item returned, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Once assessed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.

Customers praised this silicone bumper for providing excellent protection against bumps and scratches, with many noting it "saved my watch" multiple times. The case fits well and is easy to apply. However, several shoppers reported charging issues, stating the watch won't charge properly with the case on. Great watch protector! Working in an industrial area, this protector has saved my Apple Watch from numerous bumps and scratches.
The bumper fits quite nicely around the watch face itself and appears to provide good protection from being bumped into things. I was using a clear rubber screen protector but this looks more practical and feels like it offers my watch more protection.

Great case for an even greater price to protect that expensive watch!. Only downside to the design I can see so far is if you’re using a sports band there isn’t a lot of room for movement, causing the band to get stuck / even coming loose. (Switched to another strap no issues there) Other then that small issue I’d recommend this case 100%

Great case but cant charge with it on!
I have tried the original charger and a charging stand same result.
Defeats the purpose if I have to take it off every day to charge and it has now started to fall apart from removing it so often!
Garbage.
Bumper case was swiftly delivered and was great — in colours, style, materials. Just what I wanted. It's already saved my watch face from another expensive bunch of smashes and cracks after accidentally dropping onto tiled floor. Be careful though, the face of the bumper case is soft to allow touch-screen access but this means it's easily scratched, so be careful and vigilant to avoid this. Mine's already scratched. ;-(

Ordered two silicone Apple Watch protective bumper cases and when received one of them was completely smashed. However got a full refund which was quick and easy. Was happy with the product until I put my watch on charge and it wouldn’t charge with the case on. In conclusion, money was wasted as I cannot use them. However not a discrimination towards other products.
Really like the black silicon bumper protector so far! I have tried so many screen protectors (from other brands) in the past - all of them have either been really ‘cheap’ or interfere with the interactivity. This protector is really affordable and looks great on. Would recommend! Shipping was also really fast and my watch still chargers with the case left on :)
Definitely recommend this bumper for when at the gym or manual work as I would probably have cracked the screen other wise.
