The process
How to Return or Exchange
Whether you’re swapping sizes, returning for a refund, or reporting a fault — it all starts the same way.
Email customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrived faulty or damaged, include a clear photo.
We’ll reply within 1 business day with your return number and all the details you need to send your item back.
Pack your item securely and post it to the address we provide, including your return number. (See below for who covers shipping costs.)
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 1–2 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

Gift Returns
Received a Modbands band as a gift? We’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit. Just email us with the order number (ask the gift-giver if you don’t have it) and we’ll sort it out.

International Orders
Our 60-day return policy applies to all international orders. A few things to note:
- → Return shipping from outside Australia is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns.
- → We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
- → Refunds are issued in the original currency at the original exchange rate.

Delivery Issues
Please read the following carefully — these situations fall outside our standard return policy.
If your order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover Australia Post’s return-to-sender and original postage charges. If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to provide a refund — please double-check your address at checkout.
If your order isn’t collected from the post office within the timeframe shown on the collection notice and is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover the return-to-sender and original postage charges.
If you need to redirect your delivery after dispatch, we can request a mail redirection with Australia Post for a $10 fee.

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 6 months from the date of purchase.

- Discolouration Unusual fading or degradation

Damage not related to a manufacturing defect:
- Wear & tear Normal deterioration over time
- Accidental damage Scratches, drops, impacts
- Improper use Damage from incorrect care or use
- Lost or stolen Missing items

How to Make a Claim
Simple and quick — here’s all you need to do.
Send a short description of the issue to customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number. No order number? No worries — just let us know.
Include a clear photo or short video showing the defect. This helps us assess your claim quickly.
We’ll get back to you within 1 business day. If we need the item returned, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Once assessed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.

We are very sorry about the length of time that the parcel is taking to arrive. Shipping to WA is all over the place at the moment, however we would have expected it to have arrived by now. We will raise a query with Australia Post, and if it is lost then we are more than happy to replace or refund your order.

I bought an Apple watch for my Wfe's birthday and she wasn't happy with the band. It weas difficult for her to do it up because it was a bit stiff and not easily fastened. I bought a more flexible nylon type and she is very happy with it now. The ordering was made simple and it was delivered on time. Found this to be an excellent band, compared with the one that was standard with my Apple Watch.
Problem with the standard band, it is not flexible enough when you are involved in activities that involve a lot of arm movement, like gardening, cutting wood or any work involving arm jerking type action. This band has proved well in such circumstances and is a comfortable fit. It easily fitted and removed from arm. I class it as rugged yet stylish. Compliments the Watch very well.

Very happy with the band . Better than the apple product
The band is great, comfortable. And most importantly it fits my large wrist. I find it hard to find watch bands that fit my wrist. The velcro was a concern for me, I was wondering if it would fail after a while, but so far wearing the watch and band in the shower every day, and sleeping with it every night it remains securely on my wrist.

Great quality for a great price
Love it. It is very comfortable but also strong and robust at the same time. It is easy to put on and adjust. It looks good enough so that it can be worn socially as well as used for sport.
I attached the Mod band I purchased on my Apple watch and it holds fast and fits well. It is very lightweight yet strong and comfortable to wear.
