How to Return or Exchange
Whether you’re swapping sizes, returning for a refund, or reporting a fault — it all starts the same way.
Email customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrived faulty or damaged, include a clear photo.
We’ll reply within 1 business day with your return number and all the details you need to send your item back.
Pack your item securely and post it to the address we provide, including your return number. (See below for who covers shipping costs.)
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 1–2 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

Received a Modbands band as a gift? We’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit. Just email us with the order number (ask the gift-giver if you don’t have it) and we’ll sort it out.

International Orders
Our 60-day return policy applies to all international orders. A few things to note:
- → Return shipping from outside Australia is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns.
- → We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
- → Refunds are issued in the original currency at the original exchange rate.

Delivery Issues
Please read the following carefully — these situations fall outside our standard return policy.
If your order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover Australia Post’s return-to-sender and original postage charges. If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to provide a refund — please double-check your address at checkout.
If your order isn’t collected from the post office within the timeframe shown on the collection notice and is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover the return-to-sender and original postage charges.
If you need to redirect your delivery after dispatch, we can request a mail redirection with Australia Post for a $10 fee.

Send a short description of the issue to customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number. No order number? No worries — just let us know.
Include a clear photo or short video showing the defect. This helps us assess your claim quickly.
We’ll get back to you within 1 business day. If we need the item returned, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Once assessed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.

Customers praised this silicone protective case for excellent protection and snug fit. "Fits like a glove absolutely perfect," said shoppers. We noticed your comments regarding the price and quantity and wanted to reach out to clarify things for you. While we've never actually offered these cases in 5-packs, we had a look at your previous order from about two and a half years ago. It looks like you picked those up during our Black Friday sale with a 25% discount, which certainly made for a great deal!
In the years since then, the price has only slightly increased from $14.95 to $15.95 to help us keep up with rising costs. It is also worth noting that your previous order qualified for free shipping because it was over $40. Since this recent order was under that threshold, the addition of shipping might be why the total felt a bit higher this time around.
Transparent cases definitely look their best with a regular clean, so we appreciate you mentioning that for other customers too.

I have purchased 3 watch protectors and all 3 did not live up to even half of their standards and returned them all. This protector is everything I need. Slim, clear, protected, still highly accessible in terms of watch sensitivity and use ability. Wish I purchased this first.
I am extremely happy with my purchase of the transparent protective case. I had a bumper previously with a tempered glass screen protector but the bumper bulked up the watch quite a bit. This case fits snug and not having tempered glass on the screen it doesn’t smear nearly as much. Much less bulky than a bumper and as a all in one it’s great.

I’ve had this case for about 3 months now and it’s great! The first one I recieved had a little crack on the side so I emailed about it, got a reply straight away and the sent a replacement out straight away! They work great and protect it perfectly without looking chunky! The only problem for me is I exercise a lot and get sweaty so somethings sweat gets under the case, but it’s an easy fix you just take it off and run it under some water and dry it!! Love it!
I love this product. So compact but strong and the watch can still be seen clearly and the apps all work smoothly. The cover is easy to put on and the way still functions as before.

I’m back to get another just incase I ever mess it up.. Smashed 2 glass protectors in two days, barely tapped them.. it’s as though they are too small for 5’s or curve slightly wrong.. didn’t like the look or feel of them and was too scared to wear it after that...until I got one of these!!! it’s a tad tricky to get on.. but so worth it once u persist..as it’s super flush with the screen, you seriously forget it’s on, it adds a great protective barrier but without messing up the sleek look I was going for. Have not found anything, as good,elsewhere.. that I’m actually bothering to write a review for once, as these dudes deserve it :) .. get this instead of a glass one!
Protects my expensive watch perfectly without effecting it’s use or look. Gives me the peace of mind that if something happens the watch is protected. Highly recommend Modbands too, great service, communication and fast delivery.
Great value for money, fits perfect and protects the watch on all sides. highly recommend this product. Only down side is that water get under it, but can’t be helped with this sort of cover.
I had previously bought another protector on-line which was much more expensive, was very bulky and unattractive, took ages to arrive and I actually lost it (somehow fell off my watch). The new one from Mod Bands was delivered in a few days, is transparent and fits around the band so you can't lose it. Most of all it protects my precious watch from day to day bumps and scratches yet still allows complete functionality.
I received the product maybe a week ago. The case is really helpful it really protects my watch, The material itself is soft silicone case so it wouldn’t scratch your watch, might b a bit hard to put in for the first time but once you know how it won’t be that hard. I scratched my watch ones and I don’t want it to get scratch again, so if you want your watch to be safe u will need this one it’s worth the price too😊
What a great product at a even better price , how can you go wrong , i smash my watch into corners all the time and lucky i have this protector as i would have smashed it by now , this is a life saver 100% recommend ive ordered 2 more for back up .

Not sold on this. Very difficult to install. Did not succeed with installation. Also would be extreme difficult to remove if one wanted to use the watch without a protector as the watch needs to be disassembled completely to apply and remove the protector.
Would be good to keep on permanently if that’s what you wanted.
Very good product and has saved my watch surface from stones when using a whipper snipper.
