How to Return or Exchange
Whether you’re swapping sizes, returning for a refund, or reporting a fault — it all starts the same way.
Email customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrived faulty or damaged, include a clear photo.
We’ll reply within 1 business day with your return number and all the details you need to send your item back.
Pack your item securely and post it to the address we provide, including your return number. (See below for who covers shipping costs.)
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 1–2 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

Received a Modbands band as a gift? We’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit. Just email us with the order number (ask the gift-giver if you don’t have it) and we’ll sort it out.

International Orders
Our 60-day return policy applies to all international orders. A few things to note:
- → Return shipping from outside Australia is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns.
- → We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
- → Refunds are issued in the original currency at the original exchange rate.

Delivery Issues
Please read the following carefully — these situations fall outside our standard return policy.
If your order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover Australia Post’s return-to-sender and original postage charges. If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to provide a refund — please double-check your address at checkout.
If your order isn’t collected from the post office within the timeframe shown on the collection notice and is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover the return-to-sender and original postage charges.
If you need to redirect your delivery after dispatch, we can request a mail redirection with Australia Post for a $10 fee.

Send a short description of the issue to customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number. No order number? No worries — just let us know.
Include a clear photo or short video showing the defect. This helps us assess your claim quickly.
We’ll get back to you within 1 business day. If we need the item returned, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Once assessed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.

A good quality product. I really like the width of the band, particularly as it looks nice and chunky with the new Series 11 watch. I did have a lot of trouble adjusting the links to fit my wrist - the pins are in really tight and I broke a lot of the pieces on the supplied tool.
The band matches the Rose gold watch perfectly. I had to remove 4 links - but that was actually much easier than I expected. They provide a tool and instructions to help
This makes my Apple Watch look much more grown up!
My order was processed and shipped very fast and would’ve arrived quickly, unfortunately covid delays at AusPost ruined that. The quality is amazing and has a nice weight to it, and the provided sizing tool works perfectly. Very easy to remove links to resize, and even with my tiny wrist I was able to size it perfectly and removed all but one of the removable links. Would recommend this company and especially this band to anyone looking for a nice alternative to the standard Apple Watch strap!

Such a great watch band, really makes my apple watch look more professional at work and easier to dress up rather than my plain sports band. Seems to be great quality, and the links were easy to remove to get a perfect fit.
I purchased the silver and gold band and I'm very happy with it. Makes my Apple watch look more like a dress watch, which is exactly what I wanted! The band is nice heavy quality, arrived very quickly, and came with a handy tool for resizing.

Band looks just like my dress watch’s band. Has a good weight to it. Fits securely to the watch face, no movement or slips, perfect! Was delivered extremely quickly. Absolutely love it, so much so I order some more bands!

I was not happy with the rose gold compared to the rose gold color of my Apple Watch. I sent an email on the 29/4/20 (the day I received the band) and 12 days later I still have not received a response. Based on this and the lack of response I will not be purchasing from Mod Bands again. It’s a $50 waste of money as I won’t be using the band. Photos show the color on the website is not the same as what I received and that the actual band looks more like yellow gold when next to the rose gold on my Apple Watch.

Purchasing during the COVID-19 Pandemic I expected there to be a bit of a delay to normal fulfilment timeframes. Not so. Really good quality, feels weighted and luxurious. Also the ability to take out links is incredible and that you get the tool in your box! Takes 3 minutes max to take the links out yourself! Shipping is sooo quick! I received my band in 1.5 days! Definitely recommend!
