How to Return or Exchange
Whether you’re swapping sizes, returning for a refund, or reporting a fault — it all starts the same way.
Email customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrived faulty or damaged, include a clear photo.
We’ll reply within 1 business day with your return number and all the details you need to send your item back.
Pack your item securely and post it to the address we provide, including your return number. (See below for who covers shipping costs.)
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 1–2 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

Received a Modbands band as a gift? We’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit. Just email us with the order number (ask the gift-giver if you don’t have it) and we’ll sort it out.

International Orders
Our 60-day return policy applies to all international orders. A few things to note:
- → Return shipping from outside Australia is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns.
- → We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
- → Refunds are issued in the original currency at the original exchange rate.

Delivery Issues
Please read the following carefully — these situations fall outside our standard return policy.
If your order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover Australia Post’s return-to-sender and original postage charges. If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to provide a refund — please double-check your address at checkout.
If your order isn’t collected from the post office within the timeframe shown on the collection notice and is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover the return-to-sender and original postage charges.
If you need to redirect your delivery after dispatch, we can request a mail redirection with Australia Post for a $10 fee.

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Damage not related to a manufacturing defect:
- Wear & tear Normal deterioration over time
- Accidental damage Scratches, drops, impacts
- Improper use Damage from incorrect care or use
- Lost or stolen Missing items

How to Make a Claim
Simple and quick — here’s all you need to do.
Send a short description of the issue to customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number. No order number? No worries — just let us know.
Include a clear photo or short video showing the defect. This helps us assess your claim quickly.
We’ll get back to you within 1 business day. If we need the item returned, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Once assessed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.

Colours don’t reflect images but that is generally true of most things you buy online. I didn’t love the blue (“cornflower”) so I swapped it out for hot pink, customer service was impeccable with the exchange process.

I already had an apple genuine sports band but @ $70 ea I thought I would try the mod band. I can’t see or feel any difference from the apple. I have really small wrist & the size is perfect.
I have purchased bands from you before and was very satisfied however when I made my last purchase I didn’t realise that the band would appear in two colours on my wrist. This feature should be more clearly identified on your website. I have previously reported this.

Very impressed with the customer service, I ordered over the Black Friday sale and still managed to get a personal service! The bad is really comfortable and feels great to wear - have had comments from others. Colour (hibiscus) was a little brighter than I expected, but fun and a delight to wear!
Great but...
So a great priced band compared to apples over priced range but... The band is obviously made for asian sized hands, I can barely get it over my hand / on to my wrist without a struggle. Could maybe look into bigger sizes, as one size obviously doesn’t fit all.
Awesome band that is more comfortable and better looking than the plastic Standard Apple bands with a good choice of colours at that!
Ive seen these bands advertised on Facebook and Instagram for less than half the cost for several BUT you dont know where its coming from or who your giving your bank details too!

2nd Review
We are both very pleased to be writing a second review for Mod Bands’ sports loop watch bands. We have just recently placed our third order for these watch bands. They are just a great comfortable and lightweight product with a great nylon weave and range of colours. Our order was shipped by Express Post which took two days for delivery. If you are thinking of placing an order with Mod Bands we couldn’t recommend them any more highly for both efficient processing of orders and the security of doing business, they are extremely well organised. Mod Bands are based in Queensland and Karen and I are in no way associated with them, other than as very happy customers who live in Victoria and just love our Series 4 Apple Watches and the ability to change the band colours to match the clothes we are wearing on any day. We are both extremely happy with our recent purchase of sports loop watch bands. They are great quality and extremely good value for money. We’ve placed two orders so far and delivery was really quick by Australia Post. We had no trouble fitting the new bands to our 44mm size watches. We are very happy with the huge range of colours and comfortable fit of the bands and are about to place our third order so that we can change the bands every now and again to match the colour of the clothes we are wearing. It’s a bit of fun to have a few different colours. We have found Mod Bands (based in Queensland, Australia) a great company to deal with and we love using Apple Pay direct on our computer screen to pay for the bands.
