How to Return or Exchange
Whether you’re swapping sizes, returning for a refund, or reporting a fault — it all starts the same way.
Email customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrived faulty or damaged, include a clear photo.
We’ll reply within 1 business day with your return number and all the details you need to send your item back.
Pack your item securely and post it to the address we provide, including your return number. (See below for who covers shipping costs.)
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 1–2 business days. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.

Received a Modbands band as a gift? We’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit. Just email us with the order number (ask the gift-giver if you don’t have it) and we’ll sort it out.
New Zealand & USA
International Orders
Our 60-day return policy applies to all international orders. A few things to note:
- → Return shipping from outside Australia is at the customer’s expense for change of mind returns.
- → We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
- → Refunds are issued in the original currency at the original exchange rate.

Delivery Issues
Please read the following carefully — these situations fall outside our standard return policy.
If your order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover Australia Post’s return-to-sender and original postage charges. If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address, we are unable to provide a refund — please double-check your address at checkout.
If your order isn’t collected from the post office within the timeframe shown on the collection notice and is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a $15 fee to cover the return-to-sender and original postage charges.
If you need to redirect your delivery after dispatch, we can request a mail redirection with Australia Post for a $10 fee.

Send a short description of the issue to customerservice@modbands.com.au with your order number. No order number? No worries — just let us know.
Include a clear photo or short video showing the defect. This helps us assess your claim quickly.
We’ll get back to you within 1 business day. If we need the item returned, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Once assessed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — your choice.

Customers praised this screen protector for its "smooth" fit and near-invisible appearance. Many found it "easy to install" with the optional installation tray and appreciated "excellent customer service." However, some reported issues with bubbles forming, the protector peeling off within days, and delivery times being too long.

Have to keep checking it’s actually on the watch! It’s very smooth, watch is still responsive. I’ve only had it on 2 days and finding it much better than the full cases which I only get max of 2 month out of. So remains to be seen in durability. So far, so good!

Purchased the 3D Nano Flex screen protector for my new Apple Watch as I wanted a screen protector that did not look bulky.

Good product but i should have bought the applicator with it mine is the 46mm & my partners watch whom i bought the bad for was a 42mm bit fiddly but that was my fault
Love the product but very disappointed that you sell a product and don’t sell the rest of the things you need to put it on your watch. Read down the bottom that you don’t sell it. You should consider selling the applicator for the screen for your watch. Money I just wasted in a product I can not use.
Hi Sharon, we absolutely do sell the applicator. Both the 1pk and 2pk kits include the applicator, and we sell a refill pack without an applicator for customers that have previously purchased a kit. It looks like your initial purchase was just for the refill pack, and not the kit with the applicator.
Seems like a good product but came with no instructions on how to apply, I ended up with bubbles underneath and have had to order a refill screen protector.
Well packed but one protector was stuck to paper inside unit and then was ruined even before applying.
Once second one was applied I noted the surface quite dull and prone to finger prints, removed it all together as the original glass is easier to clean.
I wouldn’t recommend this unless it was a thin glass not plastic like nano flex glass…
